BRUSHING
1. Hold the toothbrush just under the gum-line at 45 C. Gently jiggle the brush or move in tiny circles over the teeth and gums .Repeat for every set of 3 teeth.


2. Brush the inside of each tooth using the same jiggle action in step 1.


3. For chewing surfaces use a light back and forth motion.

4. Finally, massage the gums with your fingers and gently brush your tongue.


FLOSSING
Wrap dental floss around the middle finger and gently ease it between the teeth with the aid of the forefinger and thumb OR use flosspicks to remove plague. Scrape the sides of teeth gently without injuring the gums.


MOUTH RINSING
Rinse the mouth with an anti plaque rinsejust before brushing ,it loosen the plaque and make brushing more effective.
